Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Stripe, on our instruction. To request a refund, contact us and we will arrange it.

You can cancel at any time and future renewals stop.

Cancelling part way through a period you have already paid for does not refund or pro-rate that period — you keep access until it ends. Outside the 30 day window above, early cancellation is not refunded.

Credits already used are not refundable, because the research, legal answer or PDF has already been produced for you.

Unused credit top-ups purchased within the last 30 days can be refunded on request.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law of your own country, including the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.
